We know that rehoming a pet can be heartbreaking. Maybe you had to move to a place where pets are prohibited, or maybe you are no longer able to care for your pet. Regardless of the reason, at EARS we understand that pet owners arrive at the decision to rehome their pet for a variety of different and personal reasons. We are here to help you place your pet in the best possible home.

Submit a
Rehoming Form

We do require that our rehoming form be completed and submitted to us, along with pictures of your pet and most recent veterinarian records, for review and consideration.

We Will Meet
Your Pet

We'll want to meet your pet and get to know their personality so that we can place them in a home that is a good match for them. Your pet is always the most important to us.

Veterinary Care

If EARS is able to assist with the rehome of your pet, we'll take the necessary steps to get your pet any veterinary care they might need.

Foster Home

Your pet will be placed into a loving foster home until their new permanent home can be found.
